Google Bard is an Ai Chatbot and it’s the direct competitor to Microsoft Bing Ai and Open Ai’s ChatGPT.
I had private access about a month before it’s wide release, but that video is already outdated and Bard is already so much better.
To Access Bard, go to bard.google.com
You will need to sign in to a Google account or create a new one to try it out.
Similar to other Ai chatbots, you will see a prompt box. Here, you can ask your question or give it a prompt. You can also activate the microphone and do it by voice.
After you ask a question, you’ll get a result pretty quickly. You’ll also see a view other drafts option. It actually displays one answer, but creates three.
You can jump between the three and read each answer.
You can follow up with a prompt to get more information and revise the output.
You also have three unique options inside of Google Bard that you don’t have in other models. You can click on Google it to do a Google search right from Bard.
You can also draft an email in Gmail or create and copy all the text output to a Google Doc in one click.
You can even edit your previous prompt instead of typing a new one and revise the output again.
Google is also working on changing Google search. In a demo, they showed a new Google search where the bard chatbot answer shows first and then the usual Google search results. So the internet as we know it is about to change forever.
Thanks for watching. See you on the next video.
